The local teams are Nacional (Verde) and Medellin (Rojo) and most often play Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Passing by El Poblado Park on Sundays and Holidays is the Medellin Ciclovia which runs down Avenida del Poblado. 1/2 the road is closed to joggers, roller bladers, walkers and bicyclists.
