Extreme Sports and Ecotours: From hang gliding over Medellin to white water rafting you can find entertainment and fun in and around the Medellin metropolitan area. Just outside Medellin one of the favorite pastimes of Colombians is going horseback riding in one of the many nearby small towns or PUEBLOS.
